About me

My name is Olga Belikova and I am an independent Singer/Songwriter, originally from Moscow, Russia and currently living in Denver, CO. Music has always been my main passion in life, and I have been involved in creating it since early childhood in one way or another.

In April of 2010, I completed my first EP entitled “When…” (“Kogda…” in Russian). You’re welcome to check it out by clicking on the “Audio” tab. Also, my mp3s are currently available for purchase and download here. My songs are about various aspects of life and love… They are a reflection of my inner world, and I believe that is what makes them both personal and relevant to the experiences many of us encounter throughout life.

I would also like to note that this EP would not be possible without the invaluable help of the following talented musicians: Vitaliy Minyaylo, Lucas Henderson, Jeff Martinez, Joshua Wood, and John Shapiro! Thank you all so much for helping me transform my dream into reality! And, of course, a special thanks to Taddy Schmitt, an awesome producer/musician/person, to whom I am forever grateful for this!

Some of my main musical influences include: Zemfira, Splin, Elena Pogrebizhskaya, Kino, 5’nizza, Chiz & Co, Nautilus-Pompilius, DDT, Delfin, Masha & Medvedi, Mumiy Troll, Mara, Saruganova, Gorod 312, Lera Masskva, Linda, Max Fadeev, Bi-2, No Doubt, Sara Mclachlan, Dido, NBTG, Origa, Bob Marley, 5’nizza, Lenny Kravitz, Nirvana, Massive Attack, Royksopp, Imogen Heap, Karolina and many others.

As of right now, I am in the process of writing more songs, some of which I really hope to record in the future. I simply can’t imagine my life without music and I am excited to see where this journey takes me!

I hope you enjoy listening to my songs, and your feedback is always welcome! 🙂
